Nandi Comer is the author of Tapping Out (Northwestern University Press, 2020), which was a co-winner of the Julie Suk Award and the 2021 Winner in the Poetry category of the Society of Midland Authors Annual Literary Award, and the chapbook American Family: A Syndrome (Finishing Line Press, 2018). A Cave Canem fellow, a Callaloo fellow, and the Director of the Allied Media Projects Speakers Bureau, she lives in Detroit, Michigan. Visit her website here.
