This week the podcast takes on a different form - solo episode of a monthly round up of what happened in Yoga during January. Aside from locking myself out of “my” ( I use quotes because I house sit full time ) apartment and missing an interview, a yoga news show has been bubbling around in my mind for a while. Members of The Teachers Club will receive a Yoga Weekly newsletter detailing the news of the week, so I thought I would venture out and try this new format on the podcast.
Of course, this report is biased. I’ve selected yoga news stories I felt were relevant, important or interesting. Other things happened in yoga during January 2020 - this is the highlight reel I’ve curated.
Let me know what you think...
NOTE: I have no formal education in journalism, writing or media law. My education is in yoga and psychology. If anything I have mentioned on the podcast is incorrect, or causes harm please email me at [email protected] and I will make every effort to correct my mistakes. I am open, and willing to learn.
This months stories include:
- More #metoo + yoga reports
- A diversity in wellness photography campaign
- A partnership between Lululemon & a super futuristic tech company
And heaps more
