On a whim and desperate for change he booked himself a flight to the US after identifying an opportunity in a fitness magazine. Fast forward 8 years, Zap fitness and the 24/7 gym concept was introduced in Tasmania. 37 Gyms, 30,000 members and a business eventually sold for over $50 Million dollars, that opportunity worked out.
