Building Trust as an Entrepreneur with Caleb Allen

Today's guest is Caleb Allen. Caleb is a loving family man with an affinity for entrepreneurship and nature. He started his first business in lawn mowing when he was in third grade. He rented his stepfather's lawn mower and bought trash bags from his mom, and had 8 accounts. By the time he was in college, he had grown the business and had 40 accounts and a team working with him. This business helped pay their bills. After college, he sold the business, along with the accounts and equipment.
Caleb gravitates toward entrepreneurship because of its scalability. He makes money, hires people to work with him, and keeps the freedom to manage his time. Caleb starts his day with coffee, daily devotion, and work. By lunch, he has usually already taken care of major business tasks and can take or make calls in the afternoon when needed.
He believes that mentorship and personal growth are important, as well as surrounding yourself with like-minded people to help you be the best version of yourself.

Caleb is the SVP of Sales and a National Appraisal Management partner for busy Mortgage Professionals at Triserv Appraisal Management Solutions.
Aside from working with Triserv, Caleb also has a business, with his childhood best friend, called Big Foot Blankets. Their business grew from their love of the outdoors and seeing the need for a high-quality blanket for the industry.
Caleb believes in leading by example and applies this to his family and how they raise their kids.
Creating trust, being honest, and being in the business of helping people is Caleb's key to success.
