The Democrats’ immediate politicization of mass shootings is not going to help at all. In fact, it makes serious prevention measures more difficult to discuss, because the partisan slander becomes the focus of debate. The racist mass murder in Buffalo was an act of pure, unmitigated evil. Everyone conservative feels that way, as does every American. There was also a shooting in a church in California- only one fatality resulted from it, as the parishioners were able to stop the shooter. And Buck was in Chicago over the weekend, in Millennium Park at the “bean,” with all the other tourists, and a fatal shooting happened there just hours later. Democrats need a wake up call about how to really tackle violent crime.
