Gemma and Ian to Andreas Atkins. Andreas Atkins works for IONITY and is the Country Manager for UK & Ireland. IONITY is a joint venture of the car manufacturers BMW Group, Ford Motor Company, Hyundai Motor Group, Mercedes Benz AG and Volkswagen Group with Audi and Porsche, along with BlackRock’s Global Renewable Power platform as financial investor. Andreas talks about the constantly growing network of IONITY high-power charging stations along highways in the UK and Europe. All charging stations are open to electric vehicles of any brand. Gemma and Ian update you about their Full-Face Diving Mask qualification dives and the new attraction at the Mary Rose Museum in Portsmouth.

She began diving closed circuit rebreathers in 2007 and currently is a technical diving instructor through TDI for the Megalodon Rebreather teaching through trimix.

Gemma and Ian chat to Dr. Joseph Dituri. Dr. Jospeh Dituri lived undersea for 100 Days in a mission combining education, ocean conservation research, and the study of the physiological and psychological effects of compression on the human body.
Commander Joseph Dituri enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1985. He served continuously on active service upon various ships and shore stations where he was involved in every aspect of diving and special operations work from saturation diving and deep submergence to submersible design and clearance diving. Now that he is retired from 28 years of active service to the United States, he is the president of the International Board of Undersea Medicine. He also volunteers his time as the CEO of the Association for Marine Exploration. He is an invited speaker on motivational, sea and space related topics.

Joanna originates from Poland and her diving journey started in 2014, and since then progressed to become a PADI Recreational Dive Instructor, a CCR Cave diver and a Full Trimix diver. She travels a lot but mainly dives the cold waters of the UK, whilst also having a strong passion for wrecks and overhead diving A passion shared with a female diving group called ‘The Cavettes’. As one of the co-founders of this group, The Cavettes are united by their mission of inspiring more women to follow their dreams and take the plunge into cold water and overhead diving. Joanna is a member of the Santi Brand Ambassador team and also a DAN Europe Ambassador since 2022. Her passion for the care for the oceans and marine life that lives within is huge and she has recently participated in the Ghost Nets Malta project where Gill nets were recovered and abandoned fishing cages and over two tones of waste from the sea.
