We’ve been talking about ‘work life balance’ for a long time now. It’s something I worked hard towards supporting in my wellbeing work in organisations, and it’s something that I personally have been reflecting on well, for years.
I think we all have an idea of what we are looking for in the illusive work life balance we aspire to. But what if I told you it could actually be a lie, and that we’re striving for the impossible. Controversial, I know, and why I’m excited to explore the idea in this episode.
