Wayne started with Autumn in February 2022 and partnered with them for almost 9 months before being let go due to anger and unsafe driving. In this episode Wayne shares the challenges he faced dealing with loss in his life and how that affected his metal state behind the wheel. He also shares the process he went though to face though challenges, find healing and the journey of personal growth that opened the door for him to return to Autumn.
