She is wounded during the Naval Yard Shooting in 2013, discovers The Assaulted.com, and changes her life dramatically. She also meets up with Ray Wilson at a very unlikely location, with shocking and long term results.
Because these two chapters are the foundation of the story, I've linked them together. Chapter Three will be by itself.
