I so look forward to many more chats with my guest and cousin Krystal Lavoie. Trying to find answers about her body, Krystal felt stuck for most of her life. Having awareness of her body and knowing that something wasn't right. Sadly, Krystal was not taken seriously when she would voice her concerns to some of her doctors. Gratefully, she found doctors that listened and worked with her to start finding better answers. Finding bigger rooted causes, rather than masking the symptoms.
As her cousin I have watched Krystal snuggle over the years. I didn't know the full story behind the struggles until now. How much do we involve others within our wellness? Krystal starting involving the right people in the right places. She trusted in her intuition and it lead her on the right path.
