22 | Sammi Johnson-Celebrating motivation

From high school gal pals to two Moms still sharing love with each other. Sammi Johnson I am so thrilled to do my part of sharing you with the world! You are such an influance in so many areas of my life. Through her love of motivating others, Sammi has been following her path to do just that.
I always think it's wild when someone can just does things that I work so hard at. I'm sure you have been there, when you're in awe of a friends for their gifts, skills, talents, esc. I get the feeling when I hear someone playing an instrument. I can sing a little and flow with the rhythms, but when it comes time to try the music part my brain & body just doesn't seem to understand in the same way. Be joyful for your friend and their amazing gifts, be joyful you get the chance to witness this gift that is so special. With my girl Sammi that gift is the way she can set her emotion aside and breakdown the situation best for all. Her ways of thinking outside the box to find solutions rather than panic like some of us. And yes understanding that she is human, herself too.
Sometimes starting or taking the next step in your health practices, can be a scary thing. How fun would it be if you have Sammi by your side? Making sure that you understand that health can be fun and exciting. Someone who celebrates each step and goal!
