In our 7th episode of our Prestigious Pints series, we caught up with the legend that is Lyssa Adkins; author of one of the most popular agile books of all time Coaching Agile Teams.

Our conversation wasn't really about coaching agile teams however and instead focussed on the "accumulation of anxieties" that we and the community in general have found ourselves needing to deal with recently.

This then led into the differences between coaching and therapy and self-care as coaches before exploring Lyssa's current focus around coaching leadership teams on their global conscience and planetary responsibilities.
