The concept was first proposed by German Scientists in 1934, and the technology was further developed in secret by the Soviets after World War ll and later by scientists at Area 51 starting in 1955. Neither group knew of the other's existence until Dr. Rand Daily reportedly left frustrated to work on other endeavors in and throughout the continent of Africa, finally ending his quest in the Outback of Australia. Can the miracle stop all wars or end civilization? We get a first look inside the minds of its creators.
