In this episode, Alexis and Ryan summarize and explain the book of Jonah.
When Jonah was called by God to warn the people of Nineveh of it's coming destruction, he decided to run to avoid his mission. We discuss why Jonah ran, the consequences for avoiding his mission and the lessons that were learned from his mistakes.
In this book, we also learn the lesson of grace and compassion--if God can have compassion and mercy for those who have betrayed us, should we be bothered by that? Well, hasn't God also saved us from our own sins and wrongdoings?
