Why did you start this show?
Because I wanted to share the experiences of my father and I as we go places and do things together. Now that he is fully retired, and I am retired from the Army and living in the same city, we are able to go and explore and do the things that we have wanted to do but never did.
What do you hope listeners gain from listening to your show?
I hope they can see the love and appreciate, as well as, the humor and hope. Sometimes we ramble. Sometimes we are focused. But we are always about fun and sharing information.
Which episode should someone start with?
That's hard to say. I would say give some of our "Teaser" episodes to give you a small taste of what we are about.
Which have been your favourite episodes so far?
The ones with my granddaughters.
Which episode are you most proud of?
All of them because I get to share my father with you all.
What is your vision for your show?
My/our vision? Maybe a little more focus and a lot more growth and listener interaction. We really want to know what you like - what you dislike - and what do you want more of. We do care and want to give you something that is different but is still authentically us.
What is your favourite other podcast that isn't yours?
Joe Rogan Experience and The Jasta Show
How did you come up with the name for your podcast?
It was something that I started calling us as we would go to concerts and breweries or wherever we would go. I would tag our pictures with "The 2 Old Farts."

I am a retired Army veteran with over 26 years of service. I am a son, a husband, father, and grandfather. I am a lover of music, beer, bourbon, bbq and bass guitar!
