Special grand jury report on Georgia election case unsealed

A special grand jury recommended indicting Sen. Lindsey Graham, David Perdue, Kelly Loeffler and Michael Flynn in the Georgia election interference case – although none of them were charged. It comes as Mark Meadows files a notice to appeal after a judge denied his request to move the Georgia case to federal court.
