Welcome to this week's session of Terpene Therapy! This is our 10th session! I'm very proud of reaching this point and I really appreciate anyone and everyone who has listened to the podcast so far! Thank you all so much, and I cant wait to continue building the community!
This week we talk about one of my favorite cannabinoids! Cannabinol or CBN is an oxidative byproduct of ∆9-THC and was first discovered in the late 19th century. In my experience this particular cannabinoid is useful for sleep and in low doses anxiety during the day time. For some people it works better for anxiety management than ∆9-THC. Higher doses seem to promote sleep; more studies need to be conducted to determine its effectiveness.
