The Tell Me A Bedtime Story series was developed for older adults, especially adults who like to have books read to them, adults with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and older adults who may need a little help falling to sleep. Each week, Dr. Lori will read 12-15 minutes of a calm, mindful story specially selected for this population of adults. Tell Me A Bedtime Story, presented by Dr. Lori and Friends - Tell Me A Bedtime Story - Bedtime Story Series by Dr. Lori - The Book One, by Kathryn Otoshi
play

06/29/20 • 8 min

This book is a good bedtime story for adults, as well as children. Most of our bedtime stories are for older adults. However, this one is equally enjoyable.

The book One has won 15 awards for Kathryn Otoshi, as she describes how the characters, who are colors and numbers, work their way through a dilemma with Red. Although the book seems a little simplistic, it has a lot of meaning. Sometimes, if we take a moment to think about our situations and concerns, we can almost always come up with a winning solution for everyone, even if we are having a dilemma with ourselves.

I hope you enjoy the book One, by Kathryn Otoshi. For more information, please email me at [email protected]. Please visit the social media links for your chance to win a copy of this book, as well as a surprise gift.
