How can educators build authentic relationships through coaching? In this episode, our guest is Nita Creekmore from Love Teach Bless. Drawing on her experience as a liaison between teachers, leaders, and students, she provides you with actionable strategies on being visible, providing specific positive feedback, getting to know the teachers, and honoring the culture already established in the school. Nita (E’Manita) Creekmore is an Instructional Coach who lives just outside Atlanta, GA. She is also a presenter for Bright Morning Consulting. In the 18 years, she has been in education, she truly believes that in all aspects of the field, relationships must always come first. It is the foundation. Nita is passionate about being an advocate, support, and thought partner for teachers in order to give students what they need.
