As we continue Mental Health Awareness month, I want to share with you the extraordinary story of Kevin Hines, who at age 19, attempted to take his life by jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. Just what brought him to that moment in his life and who or rather what saved him is the subject of this Byte Size Podcast.
Today Kevin is a world-renowned mental health advocate, motivational speaker and author who travels the globe spreading a message of hope, recovery and wellness.
