Thinking back over the years there have been many times where a new meta is entering the picture and all those insecurities pop up which then creates this "perfect" image in our head of who our meta is. "Oh they have a better job than I do so they must be better." "They are skinnier than I am therefore a better partner.". These thoughts of ours cause us to often times be intimidated by a new meta. In the past we've talked about feeling competitive with a meta especially when playing the "compare" game. But in this weeks episode we take it from a different angle!
