We all heard the saying, “Work on your business and not in your business” The problem is many business owners are in their business they don’t know how to work on it, find the resources and tools that would give them the freedom they want.
As Neurodiverse entrepreneurs, we are either over-focused, have difficulty transitioning or we just want to focus on our strengths that we can unintentionally distract ourselves from what we need to do.

Often, the best way to learn to be inclusive for Neurodiverse Talent is to learn from example. Therefore, I am pleased to have Helga Ellul. She was the former CEO of Playmobil Malta Ltd from 1971 to 2012. Between 2009 to 2012, they chose her to be the first female president of the Malta Chamber of Commerce and is now the President of Core Platform, Malta’s National CSR Platform.
During her time as CEO of Playmobil Ltd Malta, she paved the way to create inclusion and diversity for many diverse talents. During our interview, we discuss her journey in how she shaped Playmobil Ltd Malta to be inclusive.
