Ephesians 6:18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints. "Perseverance is steady persistence in a course of action, a purpose, a state, etc. Especially in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement. Continue in a state of grace, until the end!" All saints are called to this end!
