You know how it's easy to be encouraging to your best friend? And just as easy to be mean to yourself and count yourself out? Did you know there's biology behind that?
Each week is a fast, 10 minute episode that covers how our biology tries to help, but often gets in the way of us achieving our goals. We'll talk about steps to take to push past those barriers, and be the very best (the super awesome) you!
The host, Samer Abousalbi, holds a degree in Neurobiology and has been obsessed with motivation, goals, psychology for nearly a decade now. He is a former spin instructor, a current runner, and of course an entrepreneur and podcaster.
