Gabby Deloof is a professional swimmer from Michigan who swam at the university of Michigan and graduated with a bachelors in sport management in 2018.
She’s been part of three big ten championship teams, she individually finished 4th place in the NCAA Championship Meet her senior year along with being team captain that year as well.
Gabby is an NCAA all American, and all American honors, 5x big ten champion, on the USA national team from 2018-2021, 5x world university games gold medalist. silver medalist in 800 free relay at FINA world championships, and was part of the ISL New York Breakers in Season 1 and Tokyo Frog Kings in Season 3.
She is currently training at the university of Tennessee as a pro for the 2024 Olympics, an AFPA Certified Sport Nutrionist, along with being a Social media content creator for Beine Wellness Building and an AFPA Certified Sport Nutrionist.
In this Episode, we talk about what it was like training and competing with 3 competitive sisters, being your most authentic self, how to handle and approach areas you "fail" in, and some tips that have helped her have the greatest success in the pool.
