About David Benn:
David Benn was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University in 2002 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 2005. While in law school, David interned for the Honorable James T. Giles, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Since 2010, David has focused his practice on representing injured workers in workers' compensation claims under F.S. 440.205. With 20 years of experience in sales, relationship-building, and leadership, Erika has dedicated her career to forming lasting connections that go beyond business transactions. Her career began at AT&T in 2006, where she quickly rose to leadership roles and contributed to major initiatives like Project Velocity. Originally from Peru, Erika immigrated to the U.S. at age 12 and grew up in Plantation, Florida. She is a proud mom of two and an active youth volleyball coach.
