Two clinical social workers (Phi and Jess) navigate intersectionality and the act of terrorism that occurred at the Capitol building in Washington DC. We interview Dr. Gary Bailey a professor at Simmons University and once appointed president of the International Federation of Social Workers regarding his journey as a social worker and his call to action for newer clinicians entering the field during this time of civil unrest.
