This is one of those stories that emerged from a random conversation with a shop keeper, a phrase came out in the conversation to the effect of "Boy Without A Name" and that got my mind working on this story. It is one of those stories where everything isn't quite as it first seems. I'll say no more otherwise I'll give too much away.
