Welcome back to my channel and to this week's Sleep Hypnosis recording. This particular recording came as an idea from a comment from one of my subscribers (thank you Joseph!), who suggested that I do a script for those who work in particularly high intensity jobs - (i.e. Emergency Services, Police, Fire, Medics etc) who might be in need of some real time to "wind down" from a never-ending, hectic day. As an industry that plays such a huge role in keeping our communities safe, protected and away from danger - it was a pleasure to be able to write this and I hope it really does help to ground and settle those of you who play a role in this or even just relate to the sheer pressure that comes with a highly challenging, frontline position.
However, this will obviously benefit anybody who just really needs the opportunity to switch off and settle down after a long, hard day at work!
