Deep Sleep Hypnosis to support those on The Sinclair Method (TSM) for Alcohol Use Disorder

Welcome along to my channel and to this week’s Deep Sleep Hypnosis audio. This one is without doubt my most personal recording to date, as it specifically focusses on supporting those who are either part of, or starting out on The Sinclair Method program for Alcohol Use Disorder. TSM has not only changed my relationship with alcohol but has without doubt changed my whole life for the better and I will forever be an advocate for this incredible method. Therefore, it has been an absolute pleasure for me, to be able to write out this script and to help motivate anybody within the program looking for some extra support and motivation along the way. The Sinclair Method (TSM) is a treatment that uses a technique called pharmacological extinction — the use of an opiate blocker to turn habit-forming behaviours into habit-erasing behaviours. The effect returns a person’s craving for alcohol to its pre-addiction state. TSM consists of taking an opiate blocker one hour before your first drink of the day for as long as you continue to drink. The opiate blocker chemically disrupts the body’s behaviour or reward cycle, causing you to want to drink less instead of more. The Sinclair Method has a 78% long-term success rate. Unfortunately, it is criminally, relatively unknown around the globe for various reasons which include; GP / General Healthcare industry lack of awareness or training, poor profitability potential and simply the fact that it goes against the commonly held belief that successful alcohol treatment and recovery requires abstinence. For more information about The Sinclair Method, visit the CThree Foundation website (https://cthreefoundation.org/). The C Three Foundation is the world's only nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness of the Sinclair Method for treating and preventing alcohol use disorder. In the meantime,
Hypnotherapy is an incredible tool that enables us to speak to the subconscious part of the mind – the part that is in control of our emotions and habits, therefore enabling a much higher success rate than just desperately relying on willpower in the everyday conscious part of our brains.
Please like and share my recordings - and of course, subscribe to my channel, as I'll be putting out more Hypnosis & Meditation videos as often as I can :).
