Roy Lamphier is a Detroit native with 25+ years of diverse experience working with business, solving problems, and developing products and markets. With a rich entrepreneurial background creating and scaling programs with a strong emphasis on innovation and growth, he has had abundant involvement across the health care value chain, working with payers, providers, and purchasers.​

He has established a track record for building and leading high performing teams, integrating technology solutions to improve performance and value, developing and launching creative products and strategies, and growing business and revenue.

Enjoyed a unique and dynamic role at the Detroit Regional Chamber leading its healthcare collaborative for employers (still a passion project) and running the Chamber's subsidiary venture, the National Commerce Group, a nationwide non-medical group purchasing organization (GPO). ​

Now taking his vision to the next level with Excelerate America, he leverages his national network of local and enterprise partners to help community businesses excel and grow in a digital economy.

Lars started in the Internet Marketing space in 2000, when he co-founded one of the world's first email service providers, CoolerEmail. As a pioneer in responsible email marketing, they grew CoolerEmail into a global software company specializing in marketing communication with over 1,500 clients. He earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, and an MBA from the Robert Anderson School at the University of New Mexico. After graduating, he served in the United States Air Force for 4 years, working in the Air Force's space test program, Air Force Research Laboratory, and Ballistic Missile Defense Organization.

Cory O'Daniel is the CEO and Co-Founder at Massdriver, a company that helps to improve the developer experience of cloud operations, offering self-service capabilities along with governance and guardrails to developers.
