The fascism continues!! Imagine the outcry if Republican hiring managers admitted to this nonsense? Apple is relaunching their Apple TV as Apple TV Plus and it doesn't look like it's going to be that great actually.

Trump has defunded Planned Unparenthood to the tune of $60million dollars. Great start but they still have hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer funds that they do not deserve!!!

• Planned Parenthood to forgo funding from federal program over abortion rule — Planned Parenthood will be foregoing as much as $60 million annually from a federal family planning program that will carry new anti-abortion rules.
• Apple TV Plus will reportedly cost $9.99 per month and launch in November - The Verge — Apple’s forthcoming streaming video service is scheduled to launch in November and come priced at $9.99 a month, according to a new report this evening from Bloomberg. The company has yet to talk pricing or a release date for the service, despite announcing it back in March of this year. But this window puts Apple’s product right up against the launch of Disney+, the entertainment juggernaut’s own streaming service that is set to feature a mix of original Disney films, Marvel content, Star Wars content, and original shows and movies across all of its properties and networks.
• Facebook hiring seasoned journalists to support its new News Tab - Axios — News Tab, a personal passion of CEO Mark Zuckerberg, is also an effort by Facebook to develop a healthier relationship with publishers, many of whom have had their business models destroyed by social platforms. Facebook will pay dozens of publishers to license content for News Tab, and news from many more will be included. The Wall Street Journal reported that the largest partners will be paid millions of dollars a year. News Tab will try to give credit to the outlet that broke a story, rather than an aggregator.
• FBI: Truck driver threatened mass shooting at Memphis church — A truck driver has been arrested after saying he would commit a mass shooting at a church in Memphis, Tennessee, authorities say in newly filed court records. Thomas Matthew McVicker was apprehended in Indianapolis before the plan could be carried out, according to a criminal complaint unsealed this week. It’s the most recent case in a string of men being arrested around the country for threatening to carry out shootings.
