The Death of the Ego, although extremely painful has proven to be one of the most rewarding experiences of our lifetime. Essentially, that's what this podcast is all about. Together, we have been on an insightful, adventerous journey with our Mind, Body and Spirit; our Ego, our Vessel and our Soul!

In order to truly live a Spirit led life, one must be willing to let their Soul lead the way. Too often, we as humans, allow our Ego to govern our experiences on this planet. This can lead to a life of chaos and insanity.
