This Thanksgiving, it's all about the turkey — and the turkey is all about revenge. In ThanksKilling (2009), a vengeful turkey returns from the grave to enact justice on behalf of Native Americans everywhere, and he does it all while offending all kinds of other marginalized groups. On this episode of Spooky Tuesday, we're celebrating the holiday, debating a murderous turkey's morality, and absolutely not getting into the logistics of turkey sex.

Spookies, we probably don’t need to tell you that some fuck shit goes down in Hereditary (2018). If there’s one thing most people know about this movie, it’s that — but if you don’t know, well, you might want a heads-up before you watch. On our latest episode, we're talking about the instantly iconic A24 horror, a.k.a. the project that kickstarted Ari Aster's career. With miniatures that will make your jaw drop, visuals so upsetting you won't be able to look away, and Toni Collette screaming about that face on your face, this flick has everything, and we do mean everything. It's the kind of movie that might take more than one watch to fully appreciate, but we're doing our best to cover it all on a new Spooky Tuesday.

Chelsea could be remembering wrong, but we’re pretty sure the strength of this week’s movie was marketed solely on its stars’ hotness — and that alone should be enough to tell you that our latest episode of Spooky Tuesday is all about The Covenant (2006). Honestly, Sydney hit the nail on the fucking head when she joked that it is literally just Abercrombie & Witch. Starring Steven Strait, Taylor Kitsch, Chace Crawford, Toby Hemingway, and Sebastian Stan all in the absolute tiniest little swim shorts, this film is chock full of eye candy and homoerotic tension — which is a good thing since it might be a little light on the whole, you know, meaningfully developed female character front.
