EP 26: Energy Management

Not only does life feel like it's constantly changing but it's not slowing down either. In the past, these times usually put me into a frantic energy or unsettled feeling or a "well I just gotta get through it (and avoid emotions completely)" attitude.
Processing tough or hectic seasons with energy management practices has helped me greatly. I can make better decisions, knowing I'm in my energy and reacting from a centered place.
