Can you see how the chaos of today's world mirrors the biblical days of Noah or the complete destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah? Join me, Todd Andrewsen, as we confront the spiritual and moral challenges of our time, drawing lessons from history to guide us on a path of righteousness and reflection. We'll explore how many modern churches might be straying from traditional values, leading to a dangerous tolerance of sin. From the recent trials faced by those affected by Hurricane Milton to the broader global crisis, there's an urgent need for prayer, compassion, and an unwavering moral compass.
In this episode of "Your Spirit by Design," ponder the significance of personal righteousness in an era rife with temptations and peer pressure. Discover the strength that comes from embracing humility, daily repentance, and divine guidance, as inspired by the words of Jesus Christ. I also extend my support and prayers, especially to those impacted by recent disasters, inviting you to reach out for further spiritual guidance. Together, we'll work towards strengthening our spiritual resilience, hold firm against the tide of moral chaos, and continually seek growth and spiritual fortitude.

I cover most of Earl Nightingale's The Strangest Secret in this episode. If you haven't heard it, or listened to one of the greatest speeches on self-improvement, then this is one you don't want to miss.
Most of the speech is read as written. There were parts that are missed or shortened for time.
Bottom line: You become what you think about!!!!

Words have power and the words you use out loud with others and the words you use internally have the power to change your life for good or ill. You are the author of your fate and destiny, if you choose. The words you say will make things happen in your life. Positive change is more powerful when you speak positive words and see hear say and feel them.

Discover the obvious patterns that have caused the downfall of great empires and personal lives alike. Understanding these ancient cycles could transform your own spiritual journey as you seek to get out of the cycle. Join me, Todd Andrewsen, as I unravel the pride cycle utilizing the historical stories of empires long since fallen. Through historical insights and personal anecdotes, I explore how pride often follows success, leading to a disconnect from spiritual growth. I'll share biblical stories that highlight why humility is crucial for staying connected with our Heavenly Father.
As we anticipate Christ's Second Coming, our overriding goal is to learn how to design a spiritually fulfilling life that aligns your personal goals with your current life. Self-awareness and intentional living are key themes as I discuss breaking free from the pride cycle to create a more meaningful relationship with God. Together, let's recognize the signs of pride within ourselves and foster a balanced, humble approach to our faith. If this episode resonates with you, I encourage you to pass it on to others who might find it valuable. Thank you for tuning in, and may your day be blessed. This is Todd signing off.

TedX Speaker and Author Dai Manuel and I sat down and discussed whole life fitness, what that means, and how you can improve your life through fitness.
Fitness is one of the pillars of life. I teach four pillars: Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Health.
Dai focuses on the pillars of Fitness, Faith, Family, Finances and Fun.
Together we break down why you need to develop resiliency in this crazy world. Physical health is highly dependent on how much you move. Reclaim your physical health because it trickles down into every aspect of your life.
How we age is directly dependent on the choices you make today. Vitality and energy as you age depends on your lifestyle choices and habits. Are you going to be one of those overweight, wheelchair bound (for no reason other than you are out of shape), and sad old people? Or, are you going to choose a lifestyle that will keep you in shape, feeling young, and able to travel and do the things you want as you age. It's your choice.
Dai Manuel is found on Facebook and Instagram or you can read his blog at https://daimanuel.com
As always, I am offering an intense 4-week program to learn to make the decisions that will help you live the life you choose! Go to https://calendly.com/toddtalksllc/inititalconsult for a free consultation.

In today's episode we cover many topics ranging from the most necessary - learning to find your core values to anxiety, being judged, and dealing with grief. Throughout our discussion we provide tools and advice to help you overcome many of these mental health challenges.
It's only in the last few years that it's becoming mainstream, or OK, to talk openly about our mental health challenges and we break open that topic and have a great discussion, or as the Irish put it...It was good craic!
We have a follow up podcast planned in two weeks where we will cover in depth how to find your core value and how learning it can improve your life for the better.
