Being stifle prevents us from finding purpose, because who you are is essential for accomplishing that bigger goal. In this episode we explore who you really are through a line of questioning that will be sure to make you think, make you feel, and hopefully you do what's best for you.

Today we discussed the role of the church in improving or worsening mental wellness in the African American community (Victor Armstrong/ https://afsp.org/story/the-role-of-th...)
