Life sucks sometimes, bad things happen, we have falling outs, we get angry, jealous, greedy or tired. That's how it's meant to be, this life no balance but your emotions must balance.
So feel and express. Live, love, create, strive, cry, shout and scream. Your emotions, every single one of them belong to you. You don't have to be strong or positive all the time. It's not authentic!
