Starting this August, you are invited to hang out with Ciara Helm a mental healthcare provider and her guests every week to enjoy their own inspiring stories while they spill all the tea about life's greatest hardships and challenges and how they worked through it.
There aren't enough minorities and people of color filling the mental health space. This podcast is meant to help you feel less alone because life is hard but no one says you have to do it on your own.
And rest assured this won't be just a one sided story, it's meant to open up to real talk conversation and have a good time while doing it. Ciara invites her guests (including some brilliant mental health clinicians) to join her in deep but "unstuffy" talks throughout the podcast.
