034│How to Reclaim Your Sovereignty as a Man with Brent Dowlen
Sovereign with Don Abad
04/11/22 • 63 min
Brent Dowlen is a husband, the father of two girls, and the host of The Fallible Man Podcast, a show for all things Man, Husband and Father. He is a preacher's kid and a former youth minister who has dedicated a large portion of his life to working with teens in some capacity. Over the years, Brent has seen a growing need for positive male role models as the idea of masculinity and the value of men has been skewed. Brent started The Fallible Man because he and his wife have seen the need to affect men in a positive way. Their goal is to encourage, inspire, empower, support, and motivate men to take charge of their life by choosing to improve themselves for themselves.
Listen in as Brent and I dive deep into our belief that, if more men today embraced their masculine nature and purpose, the world would literally transform for the better.

010│Become a Dangerous Winner with Clarity and Grit
Sovereign with Don Abad
09/13/21 • 17 min
Two traits in equal measure lead to unparalleled success: clarity and grit. Only a vital few embody these traits, and these few are the most dangerous people you will ever know, simply because they know how to win every time.
This is the final part in my three-part series on purpose, which began with a discussion on the inadequacy of hope in Episode 006, and continued with a primer on the vital importance of purpose itself in Episode 008.
Today, I reflect on why purpose is actually not the be-all and end-all of success and significance. I discuss why your purpose can, in fact, become your downfall if it's not tempered by self-awareness, optimized by clarity, and sustained by grit.
012│It All Starts With A Paradigm Shift: The Key to Thriving in a Culture of Fear
Sovereign with Don Abad
09/27/21 • 23 min
Once upon a time, you and your family could live a perfectly healthy life by tuning out social media and the nightly news. You could live out almost all your days minding your own business and tending to your own responsibilities.
Depending on where you live, you can still do that to an extent but, the truth is, we've reached a point in history where certain global issues have now become personal.
Three camps of people have emerged as a result of these issues—and truthfully, these three camps have always been around, but nowadays it's become more obvious who's who: the optimistic and proactive camp, the apathetic and go-with-the-flow camp, and the despairing and blaming camp.
If you're anything but the first, I'm sure you're wondering how in the world you can even be an optimist and take control of your life during these crazy times.
My answer: It all starts with a paradigm shift. Listen in and learn how to rewire your brain to thrive in a culture of fear.

Anthony Pierre believes that success means refusing use the word "failure".
He learned this truth the hard way when his life as a family man with a thriving real estate career was turned upside down:
At the age of 36, Anthony was suddenly arrested and sent to prison for six years.
Nevertheless, he clung to his faith in God. As time passed, a series of events led to the opportunity to teach his fellow inmates the ins-and-outs of running a real estate business.
When Anthony was finally released, he rebuilt his career and today owns the highly successful Estate Masters Real Estate Academy.
In July 2021, Anthony released the book Boundless Success, which features his inspiring story as well as those of 29 other top-performing entrepreneurs.

Sovereign with Don Abad

Some may call them, at best, "old-fashioned"—at worst, "sexist". But when we look at all the facts, it's clear that traditional family dynamics are foundational to a healthy, progressive society.
You heard that right: Traditional family dynamics that respect each person's God-given human rights lead to progress in every sense of the word.
Listen in as Kimmi and I define exactly what we mean by "traditional" in the context of marriage and parenthood and why our future depends on our rediscovering and embracing these timeless values.
