This week we will be doing a review of a recent winter hike on the Twins and Galehead. Will break down the route, trail conditions and crowds. Later in the show we are welcoming Captain and Lil Squirt for an around the world segment. They will join us to talk about their adventures in the White Mountains as well as their travels to Europe, Africa, Colorado, Ecuador, Patagonia, and Scotland

This week we welcome one of the queens of the Ozarks, our friend Andi Lowry. Andi runs the Ozark Trail Section Hikers and Backpackers group which has over 12,000 members. She is an experienced hiker and backpacker who helps organize new backpacking education programs, and holds a wealth of knowledge around how best to start navigating the often confusing world of backpacking. We had some audio issues with the 2nd half of her interview so posting the update now. Enjoy!
