Your spirit is contagious. Your energy can affect those around you. Your sphere of influence can either be impacted negatively or positively based on your presence. I used to be a negative energy guy. My own insecurities, sadness or misguided childhood led me to drive people away from me. Now, I promote positive energy. Learning through compassion, kindness, empathy and self discipline. Working on my inner self so I can access the higher self. Your spirit and energy create your vibe.
