Wild Card

What a perfect time to pull a wild card. this episode was recorded as the first one after the New Year 2023.
The cards that came up that lead the discussion were giving yourself permission to rest, choices and of course, surrender had to come in!
This discussion led to some great insights into how important into why so many of us struggle to rest.
Also, that failure to make a choice is still a choice, it is simply a choice by default.
And lastly, the changing perceptions of surrender and how that has shown up for all of us.
