Tomorrow is Gratitude Day (or Thanksgiving) and Felicia and Karega reflect on what grief can look like during the holiday period. How does one find gratitude in deep moments of sadness? Is it okay to allow yourself time to grieve while still being thankful? As always, Karega and Felicia process what this has looked like for them, and what they hope anyone who is navigating grief is receiving at this time.
