Welcome back to The Fantasy Six Pack Hour, with your hosts, Joe Bond and A.J. Applegarth! It is time for your 2017 Fantasy Football Championships and they are here to help you take home the trophy. They start with the Fantasy Football news and notes such as duds from last week, including those injuries that let you down. They also discuss some strategy entering this week. Joe and A.J. then break down the major injuries heading into Week 16 and the waiver wire additions you should make to replace them. Lastly, the guys will finish the show with their Week 16 Preview, including their picks for the Highest-and-Lowest Scoring games of the week, along with their selections for the week's Sleepers and Busts, and Defenses to Stream. We are back and pumped for the start of the MLB season and Fantasy Baseball. BASEBALL IS BACK!!! Every season we get players that get off to bad starts and Fantasy Baseball owners hit the panic button too quickly and drop valuable players. We urge you to not drop these players yet. Now of course there are always exceptions and some players can be dropped, for the most part you should be patient and we discuss why. We then cover some of the early season headlines, including pitchers struggling and getting scratched from their first start, injuries and some hot starts that were more or less unexpected. A.J and Joe are back to discuss the OF Position Preview for the upcoming 2016 Fantasy Baseball season. First we give you the latest news that happened in baseball over the past week, including the Ian Desmond signing. The outfield is deep, always is, but it is always top heavy with guys who can produce at elite five-tool caliber levels. How many of these top guys should you target? Is A.J. Pollock really a first round pick? J.D Martinez and top-10 outfielder? When is George Springet going to breakout and give us 30/30? We follow that up with our sleeper and bust picks for the position as well. Then we finish up with some strategy. Points leagues, Roto, H2H categories. They all require just a slight difference in the way you draft manage your team. We cover the main points to help you win your league this year.

A.J and Joe are back to discuss what for most of you was the first week of the Fantasy Football Playoffs. We start with some fun, or maybe not so fun depending on what side of the coin you fall, bad beat stories from Richard Savill's FSWA (Fantasy Sports Writers Association) league. Next we get into the weeds discussing all the injuries that likely affected your Fantasy matchup this week. A lot of big name players went down early in games and owners were left with zeros, or close to it. If you were lucky enough to move on we'll tell you how to prepare going forward without your star players. Finishing up the Week 14 discussion we will run through the busts and saviors from the first week of the Fantasy playoffs. As always we close the show with our waiver wire pick ups for the week, best/worst game of week 15 and our sleeper/bust picks.
