Five Steps for Building Consistency and Balancing Priorities
04/13/23 • 43 min
Feel like you've struggled to achieve results for your skin, your body, your relationships, or in any area in your world?
Instead of rolling up your sleeves and forcing yourself to go through the motions to get to the end goal, perhaps changing perspective on priorities will guide you in identifying where your energy is best applied.
In this episode I touch on why consistency can add value to your world as well as 5 steps for building consistency and achieving results. The most relevant step for many is identifying true priorities, and in this episode, I examine tips for evaluating your priorities so that we can best build a foundation for consistency.
This topic specifically relates to inflammatory skin conditions, such as acne and redness, and I share some insights around why we flair and have breakouts, and how to best apply your resources to help healing and managing these conditions.
Thank you for joining today!
