Jake was on his way to meet a first-time client. He’d taken the booking from her two days ago and he chuckled to himself as he remembered the phone call.

“Hi, Jake speaking”

Jake arrived at the address Mary had given him a few minutes before 4pm. He prided himself on his punctuality, knowing it was professional as well as not wanting to keep nervous clients waiting.
