Red flags are behaviors that serve as a warning sign for future issues, & enough red flags mean you should run the other way! How do you identify trouble before you suffer harm while being open to connection? What are common red flags? How do I know who to trust? How do I identify risk & walk away?

Mistress Cas is an intersectional scientist-practitioner, educator, & love/pleasure guide who lives in San Antonio. Starting her career as a public health scientist, she is now a mental health & sex therapist dedicated to helping people understand themselves & others. She is a fat, disabled, mixed-race, crazy, Queer Leathermaster active in kink/polyamory her whole life. She offers workshops on mental/relationship health, consent, sexual wellness, and mental health counseling/sex therapy at Respark Therapy.
