I can't count how many times I've heard women say " I should ____" or "I shouldn't ___" when it comes to their health goals or around actions they want to take. Using these words doesn't usually help us actually do or not do the things we are filling in those blanks with. "I should exercise more". "I shouldn't eat sweets". In this episode, I'll share why should and shouldn't don't make it easy to follow through, and what we can try instead. I'll share examples from my own life where the "should" didn't work.
