Living abroad for the past 3 years, she 'retired' from her 21 year corporate career to pursue her passion of empowering others to heal themselves through her business, Megan Joy Holistic Health. She uses her certifications in functional medicine health coaching, reiki, yoga, breathwork and meditation to meet clients where they are and guide them to making practical lifestyle changes to regulate their nervous system and thrive living alongside autoimmune conditions.
